Return Policy
At Perfume and More Nacogdoches, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Any product that has been opened, used, or worn will not be eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
Please note: Perfume and More Nacogdoches reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.
Initiating a Return
To begin the return process, contact our support team at PAMNacogdoches@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item. Please ensure that the return package is sent to the following address:

Important: Any returns sent to us without prior authorization will be rejected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please thoroughly inspect your items upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at PAMNacogdoches@gmail.com. We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable:
- Personal care items, including beauty products and skincare.
- Custom or personalized products (special orders).
- Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids or gases.
Note: Items purchased on sale or with promotional offers, as well as gift cards, are also not eligible for return.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must first return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. This process ensures you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Please note that the time it takes for your refund to reflect on your account may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at PAMNacogdoches@gmail.com.
European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period during which you may return the item for any reason, provided it is in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
