1. Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes, all of our perfumes and colognes are 100% authentic, brand-name fragrances. We do not sell imitations or knock-offs. Every product comes directly from trusted distributors.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee applies.
3. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. For more details, visit our Return Policy.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
6. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping soon!
7. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer free gift wrapping on all orders. Simply select the option at checkout, and we’ll wrap your item at no extra cost.
8. Can I cancel or modify my order?

11. Can I buy perfumes in bulk for resale?

12. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
13. Do you offer any loyalty or rewards programs?
At this time, we do not have a loyalty program, but it is something we’re working on for the future. Stay tuned for updates!
