Shipping Policy

At Perfume and More, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policies to understand how we handle shipping times, costs, and related procedures.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.
  • We currently do not offer international shipping, but we may expand in the future.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (Additional fees apply)
  • Same-Day Delivery (local area only): Available for qualifying orders placed before 12:00 PM CST.

Please note that the above delivery estimates do not include processing time, which may take 1-2 business days.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on business days will generally begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather or carrier issues. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at PAMNacogdoches@gmail.com, and we will make arrangements to correct the issue.

Local Pickup

If you're in the Nacogdoches area, you have the option to select local pickup during checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup at our store location.
